At Eurorod, we have been quick to embrace the latest advances in drainage technology. What is pipe lining?

A new pipe inside your existing one — no digging required

Pipe lining is a method of correction where a resin-impregnated polyester liner is pushed through the section of damaged pipe. The liner is inflated and left to cure, producing a smooth internal surface that enables water and sewage to pass freely over the damaged section. It is comparable to creating a new pipe within the original damaged pipe — without a single spade in the ground.

What we do

Lining, repairs & full installations

Lining is available in various diameters and lengths and installed to cater for individual pipe needs. It is fast becoming the preferred method of repair, superseding the expensive, time-consuming and inconvenient traditional ground excavation method.

We also offer a wide range of installation and repair services — from pipe installation to manhole repairs, manhole and gully cover replacements, and works alike.

This process can be applied where pipes have:

  • Displaced joints
  • Cracks and fractures causing objects to snag and cause blockages
  • Partially collapsed sections

Resin pipe lining

A resin-impregnated liner is inflated inside the damaged section and cured in place — restoring structural integrity without excavation.

Pipe installation & repair

Full pipe installation and structural repair work carried out by experienced engineers, sized and specified to your drainage system.

Manhole & gully cover work

Manhole repairs, manhole cover replacements and gully cover replacements carried out across all London boroughs.

CCTV survey first

Where damage is not visible at surface level, a CCTV survey pinpoints the exact area to be treated and confirms the best repair method.

Why choose lining

The benefits of no-dig pipe lining in London

Traditional excavation is disruptive, expensive and slow. Pipe lining delivers a permanent fix with none of the collateral damage.

No excavation needed

Driveways, gardens, roads and landscaping are left completely untouched. The liner is inserted through an existing access point.

Faster completion

Most lining jobs are completed in a single visit. There is no waiting for groundworks teams, reinstatement crews or road permits.

Lower overall cost

Without excavation and reinstatement costs, pipe lining is significantly cheaper than traditional dig-and-replace repairs in most cases.

Long-lasting repair

The cured resin liner is highly durable and resistant to root intrusion, corrosion and chemical attack — restoring structural integrity for decades.

Improved flow

The smooth internal surface of the cured liner improves flow rates compared to the original damaged or corroded pipe.

Residential & commercial

Suitable for domestic properties, offices, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and large property management portfolios.

It is comparable to creating a new pipe within the original damaged pipe — without any excavation.
Pipe lining is suitable for displaced joints, cracks, fractures and partially collapsed sections. Where pipes have fully collapsed or are heavily root-damaged over a long run, traditional repair or replacement may be required. A CCTV survey will confirm the best course of action before any work begins.
No-dig pipe lining avoids the cost, disruption and inconvenience of traditional ground excavation. There is no need to dig up driveways, gardens or roads. The process is faster, cleaner, and the cured resin liner is highly durable — restoring structural integrity and flow without replacing the host pipe.
Cost depends on the extent and location of the damage, pipe diameter, and length of liner required. We always provide a clear, transparent quote before work begins — no hidden fees. Call 0800 387071 for a free estimate.
